MENU of SERVICES  click here to download menu	Cancellation Policy   We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.  The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.
Get Ready for FALL -- TRY ONE OF OUR MASSAGES . My Spa By the Park Signature Massage – Enjoy the long, gliding strokes of a rhythmic massage as both mind and body are balanced.  Your therapist will customize this treatment with various massage therapies and pressure to suit your individual needs.  This massage includes a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage and your choice of an essential oil.  50-min $75 / 80-min $110 . Relaxing Swedish Massage – A popular massage technique that uses light to medium pressure to ensure relaxation, relieve tension and create a heightened sense of well-being. Relax and restore your vital energy with a wonderful soothing and relaxing whole body massage.  Tension and accumulated stress will vanish with each long, smooth gliding stroke, loosening tense muscles, improving circulation and mobility. Traditional Swedish massage is the perfect introduction for that first time massage. This massage does not include deep tissue work.  50-min $65 / 80-min $100  . Detoxifying Deep Tissue Massage - This firm massage alleviates muscle tension and restores flexibility. In addition, this massage is designed to reduce muscles soreness, alleviate inflammation, and ease tired joints. It promotes a self-healing process, which is ideal for people who work out regularly.  50-min $85 / 80-min $120 Warm Stone Massage - Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy.  Smooth, polished Stones are seated and incorporated into the massage. The perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension.  This massage is not suggested for clients with high blood pressure or health conditions that may prohibit heated treatments.  50-min $80 / 80-min $120 . Mother-to-Be Massage – This full-body Swedish massage designed specifically for the expectant mother.  This massage can help increase circulation and reduce fatigue.  Also eases aches in the back, shoulders and neck that may be caused by increased weight and shifting postures.  This massage is not advised for the first trimester of pregnancy.  50-min $90 (includes stretch mark cream)   Asian Body Works: Thai  - Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work.  Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. 50-min $85 / 80-min $140 . Couples Signature Massage - same as the Signature Massage above but for two.  50-min $150 / 80-min $220	Prepare Your FINGERS & TOES for FALL - TRY ONE OF OUR NAIL SERVICES Classic Mani/Pedi – This classic nail care treatment begins with shaping of the nails, a hand and foot soak, revitalizing cuticle treatment, gentle exfoliation of the hands and feet, and a replenishing moisturizing hand and foot massage.  Nails are finished with a polish color of your choice.  Mani (30 min) $25     Pedi (45 min) $40  . Signature Mani/Pedi – This pampering nail care treatment begins with shaping of the nails, a hand and foot soak, revitalizing cuticle treatment, gentle hand and foot exfoliation.  Your hands and feet are then bathed in a warm therapeutic paraffin bath, and cocooned in warm towels.  A revitalizing hand and foot massage to the elbows and knees follow.  Nails are completed with a polish color of you choice. Callus-Peel Pedicure Treatment - Excellent for callused feet in need of a little TLC.  This meticulous callus conditioning pedicure treatment incorporates our Classic Pedicure and gently softens and dissolves those problematic areas without the use of harsh implements.   (50 min) $50 HYDRATE Your SKIN this FALL - TRY ONE OF OUR FACIALS My Spa By The Park Signature Facial - This treatment is personalized according to the type and condition of your skin. Treatment includes a thorough cleansing; exfoliation to rid the skin of dead cells; steaming to open the porosity of the skin; and extractions for removal of impurities. A mask is applied to purify, firm, rejuvenate, and smooth. This facial restores balance, improves elasticity, and leaves the skin with a radiant glow. (60 min) $70. . European Back Facial – Every precious back deserves special treatment, for an area of your body that you cannot see but can certainly feel. For every type of skin, a personalized back facial will include all of the elements of our Signature Facial, along with a relaxing back massage. Regular treatment of the back is essential for healthy skin. (55 min) $85. . Algo Mask Treatment – A facial combined with this soothing mask for a wonderful cooling effect on the skin.  The Algo Mask calms the skin and reduces redness.  Skin is left looking healthier and radiant instantly.  A perfect choice for sensitive or sun exposed skin.  All skin types, especially sensitive, irritated and acne.  Benefits: Soothed skin, reduced redness and instant radiance. Vitamin C Treatment – Our C Spa Facial is a reactivating treatment designed to rejuvenate your skin by stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis. This is an excellent treatment for congested skin as well as aged skin, as it improves micro circulation and cell regeneration. The combination of vitamin C, organic mud and marine algae provides oxygenation and toning effects with long lasting results as fine lines and wrinkles diminishment for a more youthful appearance. All skin types.  (75 min) $120	Collagen 90-II Treatment – A GM Collin exclusive, an exceptional treatment for fatigued or mature skin unable to retain sufficient moisture.  Provides outstanding results on restoration and hydration of the skin and visible results on lines and wrinkles, prevention of wrinkles and scar treatment. Benefits: Subdues the visible signs of aging.  Cocoons and quenches the skin, rendering it radiant.  Not recommend for those who are claustrophobic. (90 min) $125
