Cancellation Policy   We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment (parties of 3 or more, we ask for 48 hours notice).  The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.  Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. What services would you like to see on the menu?	My Spa By The Park offers Vinyasa YOGA Vinyasa Yoga links breath with movement through a series of postures. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.”  During this session, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.  This technique is sometimes called Vinyasa Flow or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together. Although this form of Yoga is good for all levels, if you are new to Yoga, you may wish to take a private session prior to joining the class.   Group Sessions: M @ 6pm; T@4:30pm; Wed @ 4:30pm, Th @ 9am.  Limited Space -- Reservations Required.  For more information, call the spa at (504) 482-2219.
